Hyacinta is attending Makomu Secondary School where she enjoys the science subjects. She enjoys playing football. Hyacinta is an orphan. Her bibi (grandma) looks after the small farm plot and is the caregiver for her and her brother Paul who is also in school. The grandma cannot keep up with her school costs.
