Charles was an orphaned youngster and a neighbour looked after him throughout his early years in school.
He attended the National Institute of Transport in Dar es Salaam and has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Charles has risen up in his career, from internship to a permanent and pensionable position with the government as a Trade Officer. We are so proud of him.
