I’m happy to report that this years team of riders, The Dream Peddlers, did an amazing job of finding sponsorships for their rides in the Canada Africa Partnership Ride. It was an international effort with Director John in London, England cycling for ABCD UK! I was on vacation the shores of Lake Superior when I rode but I also joined Director Lynn with a great cycling group (Newmarket Zoomers) for a ride. The Crone Family cycled in Newmarket Ontario, and Director Megan cycled with a friend on the shoreline of Lake Ontario.
The funds raised will go a long way towards our projects which include student education costs, repair and maintenance of schools, breakfast programs and girls personal care kits.
